Without a doubt the best support I've ever communicated with. They respond pretty much imidiately. We had a deployment issue due to some cross-origin prblems, and we contacted the support. They managed to introduce a new code that fixed the issue in a matter of hours. After that all dashboards embedded seamlessly and there was no lag, regardless of the user's machine. Occasionally, and especially in the immediate aftermath of a new update/patch, bugs will occur which impact user experience - although these are usually mitigated effectively by the support team through workarounds to implement while the bug is being resolved.
