You do not have to hump to different different portals to access different information about a candidate. Resumate has made the candidate sourcing so easy that you track client, recruiter send outs, shortlist them etc. **What do you dislike about RESUMate?** If Resumate can provide a guide on how to use the portal, it will be great because it will be easy to use the portal. **What problems is RESUMate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Candidate Sourcing - It has tons of candidate that we can source depending on client needs and all informnation is available under one portal. Organization - It organizes the series of events like intervies, submissions, offer etc autmatically and hence is easy to use. ### 2. It helps keeping candidates data in one place. It matches the required jobs and helps to make easy hiring decisions. **What do you dislike about RESUMate?** One cons I don,t like about it is it has limited integration with other HR tools. **What problems is RESUMate solving and how is that benefiting you?** RESUMate simplifies job matching by automating resume parsing and candidate matching. Over the 5 years I used this I barely scratched the surface of all the customizable fields that Resumate offered. Their support was always very helpful. **What do you dislike about RESUMate?** I never used their cloud solutions but the plan connection would frequently get disconnected. It could be tiresome getting the machines connected again. Felt like I needed to be a network engineer at times to use on multiple devices at once. **Recommendations to others considering RESUMate:** Use their cloud database solution to avoid local network headaches. **What problems is RESUMate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I solved with Resumate was the lack of a central database for all of the candidates AND clients that I had spoken to, were doing business with, or had come across in an online resume database.
