**What do you like best about Zipjob?**

Nothing, because I had a very poor experience.

**What do you dislike about Zipjob?**

The service was completely offline. Never got a chance to speak to anyone or really give any background. They just had some random writer assigned to me and send me a draft, which I rejected for looking unprofessional.

**What problems is Zipjob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted an updated resume for executive-level positions, but I got something with poor grammar and amateurish formatting.
