So far, there isn't anything significant that we dislike. As with any robust platform, there’s a slight learning curve to master all the advanced features, but their support team makes it very easy to overcome.

Since it isn't a native app, there are some features we can't access, but in our case, this hasn't been a problem.

What I like most is that the platform is very easy to use. The backoffice is simple and intuitive, so we can manage our mobile app and make changes very fast. Also, their customer support team is excellent. They are always ready to help us when we need it.

From the initial configuration to the final submission in the app stores, the team kept everything transparent and easy to understand. We always knew what was happening, what the next step would be, and what was required from us, which made the experience feel organized, predictable, and fully under control at every stage.

Waiting on Apple and Google reviews was definitely nerve-racking, especially given how strict and unpredictable the approval processes can sometimes be. However, Reskyt kept me informed at every single step, explaining timelines, potential outcomes, and contingency plans. Their constant updates and calm, professional guidance helped reduce uncertainty and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and well supported.

**What problems is Reskyt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reskyt really took care of everything from start to finish. They handled the full setup and management of our Apple and Google developer accounts, coordinated every technical detail, and even adjusted our existing plug-ins so they would integrate seamlessly within the app environment. Thanks to their proactive communication and technical expertise, the entire process felt structured, efficient, and completely effortless on our side, allowing us to focus on the business instead of the technical hurdles.
