ReqGenius Reviews & Product Details

ReqGenius is AI resume screening software built for small business hiring. Every applicant is graded against your actual job requirements, top candidates are interviewed by an AI voice agent, and you get a ranked shortlist backed by evidence instead of a pile of resumes to read by hand. Post a role, and ReqGenius grades and ranks every applicant, runs AI phone interviews with the strongest candidates, and delivers a shortlist with transcripts and scoring evidence for each pick. $249 per role, or an Always-On plan for teams hiring every month. Built for small employers who don't have a recruiting team.
