ReqFit Reviews & Product Details

Every team has submitted a proposal they weren't sure about. Maybe it was a response pulled together under time pressure. Maybe it was a tender where the evaluation criteria were spread across several pages. Maybe it was a pitch that felt strong until the client feedback came back and pointed to requirements you hadn't noticed. ReqFit exists to help you catch that before you submit, not after. How it works Upload your proposal and the RFP, tender document, or brief it responds to. ReqFit reads both documents, maps the requirements to your response, and delivers a structured assessment of where your response meets the brief and where it falls short. No setup, no configuration, no training. Upload two documents, get your review in minutes. What you get back Every review breaks down into three clear sections: Requirements covered: where your proposal directly addresses what was asked, with specific references to both documents. Requirements missed: where the brief asks for something your proposal doesn't address, or addresses too vaguely to score well. Each gap identifies the specific requirement and what is missing from your response. Recommendations: where to focus the time you have left, prioritised by impact so you fix what matters most first. Every review is delivered as a professionally formatted, brandable report. Upload your logo, choose your colours and font, and share it directly with stakeholders. No copying from a chat window, no reformatting. What makes it different Most AI tools summarise documents or help you write them. ReqFit does neither. It checks whether your document actually answers the brief, requirement by requirement, and tells you honestly where it falls short. No generic feedback. No algorithmic optimism. A structured assessment you can act on before the deadline, not after it. Who it's for Sales managers reviewing RFP responses before submission. Consultants writing bespoke proposals for every opportunity. Contracts managers checking tenders against complex evaluation criteria. Agency founders pulling together pitches between client work. If you are responsible for proposal quality but don't have a specialist review process, ReqFit gives you one. Security and data handling Your proposals and tenders contain commercially sensitive information, so ReqFit is built privacy-first. Your proposal is analysed in memory on Google Cloud Vertex AI and deleted once your report is delivered. Processing is logless, and your documents are never used to train any AI model. The requirements list from your RFP is retained against your account so that a re-run measures against the same requirements, and your reports stay in your account for up to 90 days, with deletion in your control. Documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. ReqFit is operated by CASM Labs Ltd, registered with the UK ICO (registration ZC111039) and bound by UK GDPR. Simple pricing No monthly subscription.
