Repool was just an amazing tool for fund launch. Having attempted to use lawyers in the past for a similar price, Repool's usability was on a different level. They did all of our offering docs, LLC agreements, banking layer (Mercury), custodian/broker (IB), KYC/AML, let us use their awesome dashboard for investor onboarding, connected us to someone for blue sky / ADV, and throughout the process told us exactly what info was needed where, and what was happening next. They were prompt in answering all of our questions and resolving all small issues. It was truly one of the best user experiences of my lifetime and deserves the moniker of "solution". There isn't a lot I've disliked about Repool; zero problems with the core product. Very tiny aspects that could go better:

- It would have been nice if they referred us to accounting / auditing firms

- Their website is currently undergoing a lot of improvements and some of those improvements lead to bugs that last a few days

- When we first started using them the banking layer was hidden, which sometimes caused a one-day delay in wire transfers (but I think they fixed this)

Repool delivered everything they said they would, including our aggressive goal of launching our fund in just a few weeks. They are detail-oriented, super responsive, and make the process of setting up a fund as hassle-free and clear as possible. There is truly nothing here that I'd call out. There is nothing fun about the compliance and legal items needed to set up a fun, but it's obvious to me that Repool makes this experience as pleasant as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that Repool is a relatively new offering, and as a result, there have been a few processes that could have been a little more streamlined. That being said, any time I brought something like this up, Repool's team quickly implemented the changes and streamlined the processes, and I believe they have worked all of those out at this point.
