## About Rentrio
Rentrio is rental property management software for the Czech market, used by professional property managers administering portfolios on behalf of owners and by private landlords managing their own units. It covers properties, leases and tenants, tracks rent payments and flags what is missing, and generates lease agreements, amendments and handover protocols from templates based on the Czech civil code. It prepares the annual utility settlement required by Act No. 67/2013 Coll. and monitors statutory inspection deadlines, lease expirations and insurance renewals. Tenants can be screened against the Czech insolvency register and property data is pulled from the national land registry. Role-based access separates owners, property managers, viewers and tenants. Free tier available without a time limit, paid plans from CZK 249 per month.
