Be very cautious about their pricing model and the credit system. Our business peaks significantly during November and December due to the holiday season, requiring us to upgrade to higher plans temporarily. Unfortunately, when downgrading back to lower plans, you lose some of the unused credits you've purchased. You only discover this policy when requesting a downgrade, after which you realize credits rollover is limited to just five months—a fact buried deep in the FAQ. As of now, I have encountered two problems with this tool. The first instance is within the Mac app for removebg - it does not allow me to choose difference sizes, and backdrops for different images during a batch import. The size and background selected is applied across all the images which are part of a batch, and there have been a few cases where the tool failed to accurately capture the subject(s).
