It is one of the most popular job boards in US staffing and US recruitment. It has millions of resumes in the data base that we can easily access. We also have the option of posting job adverts and screening candidates with an integrated applicant tracking system. It has reduced employment rate in the entire US and has helped unemployed youth to get the best job in the best company. We only have to enter the required skills with the zip code or the city and state name and our job is done. It fetches thousands of relevant resumes with their email address and phone numbers. We can call and email them and get them placed with the best clients. It has the best option of reviewing the resume before unlocking it which saves our number of clicks for a month. I daily use it to get the recent resumes of the candidates. The customer support is also very good and friendly. I highly recommend everyone to use Resume Library. **What do you dislike about Relume Library?** I have been using Resume Library for the last 4 years and have never found anything to be disliked. **What problems is Relume Library solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resume library has solved the problem of every US recruiters who are looking for fresh and experienced candidates to get them placed in the best companies. We can post jobs with all the required details where the unemployed youth can apply for the same job very easily. It has reduced the unemployment rate. Resume library has solved my daily problems of looking for candidates who have recently updated their resume or have been recently active so that it becomes easy to reach them via email, text and calls. I would love to rate Resume Library 10/10. ### 2. This can be easily shared with clients or exported to Figma or Webflow. **What do you dislike about Relume Library?** The brand styling tools allow you to mock up visuals rapidly. I haven't quite got to grips with this yet and there are limits to what can be achieved, so the results have seemed a bit basic when compared to the design I build in Figma. **What problems is Relume Library solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to rapidly generate a sitemap and basic prototype with content. ### 3. Thought we were going to find value in the rest of the product, but it wasn't ready for actual production use. **What do you dislike about Relume Library?** Similar to others, we were unclearly moved into a higher tier of contract. That was okay as we wanted to test out some of the features, but they were incredibly unclear about this now being a year-long commitment with no opt out. Have not touched the product in months. Customer service responded quickly until I mentioned anything about billing at which point they would go silent. Escalated up the chain and finally was able to get a response, but zero willingness to work with us despite us clearly not being able to use the product for clear reasons. Would not recommend to anyone not just for the product but for the team behind it as well. **What problems is Relume Library solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supposed to be quick web design and iteration. We did not find it reliable enough to iterate at production-level. ### 4. I cancelled my 7-day trial immediately and confirmed my dashboard showed "Free Plan." Regardless, they attempted to hit my card for a massive $1,296 annual charge hours later. This is sharp practice and completely unacceptable. My bank stopped the charge, but yours might not. I have raised a formal complaint and reported them to regulatory bodies. I can copy components into Webflow and see how the copy I write looks laid out in mobile, desktop, and tablets. I can adjust on the fly and share my work with stakeholders throughout the process. I find that non-visual people really benefit when they see things laid out. They have something to react too. It's also an awesome way to work with our designer. He can design the page, I'm presenting and make tweaks to give stakeholders a close-to-launch version as possible. **What do you dislike about Relume Library?** I want more features. Especially for course-driven content. I'd also like landing page designs for multiple forms of content. But honestly, I'm loving it. It's made my life SOOOO much easier. And my clients soooo much happier. Hidden gem. Worth every penny. **What problems is Relume Library solving and how is that benefiting you?** I primarily use it as content strategy and copywriting tool. We don't have a UX designer, so I use Relume with our designer to show my thinking. I have user research background, but I'm super slow at creating templates from scratch in Figma. Relume to Webflow makes it super fast and easy to bring my thinking to life and share it with stakeholders, fully baked. ### 6. The customer service ignored my multiple emails and remained silent after my request for receiving a refund.
