Similar to others, we were unclearly moved into a higher tier of contract. That was okay as we wanted to test out some of the features, but they were incredibly unclear about this now being a year-long commitment with no opt out. Have not touched the product in months. Customer service responded quickly until I mentioned anything about billing at which point they would go silent. Escalated up the chain and finally was able to get a response, but zero willingness to work with us despite us clearly not being able to use the product for clear reasons. Would not recommend to anyone not just for the product but for the team behind it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
