ReliVision Reviews & Product Details

ReliVision by Relimetrics is an AI-powered industrial vision application platform for building, deploying, and maintaining automated quality inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions. Designed for manufacturing environments, ReliVision combines artificial intelligence, computer vision, image processing, custom Python/OpenCV code, measurement and decision logic within a single production-ready platform. Unlike traditional machine vision systems that rely on fixed algorithms or specialized engineering services, ReliVision enables manufacturers to create and adapt their own inspection applications using an intuitive, self-install and self-maintain software environment. Engineers can combine deep learning, anomaly detection, object detection, segmentation, OCR, classical computer vision, custom measurements, and rule-based logic into configurable inspection pipelines. ReliVision’s AI coding agent for custom nodes allows users to generate Python and OpenCV image-processing and measurement functions using natural-language prompts and reference images. Generated code can be iteratively refined, manually edited, tested, versioned, and deployed as part of the inspection workflow. This enables domain experts to translate inspection requirements into production-ready vision logic without developing an entire machine vision application from scratch. For AI-based inspection, ReliVision provides integrated tools for data annotation, model training, fine-tuning, inference, and model maintenance. Its on-premise generative AI capabilities can create synthetic defect data from a limited number of real defect examples, helping manufacturers address rare defects and accelerate inspection development for new products. ReliVision is hardware- and application-agnostic and can analyze data from industrial cameras as well as imaging modalities such as X-ray, phased-array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) and OCT. Inspection applications can connect with cameras, PLCs, MES systems, and other factory automation infrastructure for real-time deployment on the production floor. By keeping AI, data, inspection logic, and deployment infrastructure under the manufacturer’s control, ReliVision provides a scalable foundation for AI visual inspection, automated quality control, machine vision, industrial image analytics, defect detection, dimensional measurement, surface inspection, and NDT automation across manufacturing lines and sites.
