As our reliance on Integration Suite has grown, I now find myself using ReleaseOwl at least two to three times each week. The user interface is straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate how highly configurable the platform is. The Jira integration is particularly useful, as it allows me to link RICEFWs directly to imports. I find the alerting system effective for keeping track of requests and their various statuses. Additionally, the descriptions provided for import errors are clear and helpful. So far, the ReleaseOwl team has done an excellent job supporting the product. **What do you dislike about ReleaseOwl for SAP Cloud?** At this point, I have nothing significant to report. I haven't encountered any major bugs, nor do I feel that any important features are lacking. **What problems is ReleaseOwl for SAP Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** While assessing different options for our transport process, we noticed that many alternatives were missing some key features we deemed necessary. In contrast, ReleaseOwl stood out as the most comprehensive and refined solution to meet our requirements. ### 2. This has been proactively fixed by the releaseOwl team taking up customer inputs. **What problems is ReleaseOwl for SAP Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Deployment of HANA cloud code using CI/CD pipeline. We previosly would deploy this using SAP Business application studio and we are seeing a time saving of at least 10 minutes for every build. ### 7.
