ReleaseOwl for SAP Cloud Reviews & Product Details

I primarily use ReleaseOwl in the role of an approver, so my feedback is based on that experience. As our reliance on Integration Suite has grown, I now find myself using ReleaseOwl at least two to three times each week. The user interface is straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate how highly configurable the platform is. The Jira integration is particularly useful, as it allows me to link RICEFWs directly to imports. I find the alerting system effective for keeping track of requests and their various statuses. Additionally, the descriptions provided for import errors are clear and helpful. So far, the ReleaseOwl team has done an excellent job supporting the product. At this point, I have nothing significant to report. I haven't encountered any major bugs, nor do I feel that any important features are lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
