**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

I love that the advanced searches keep my results (across multiple modules) until I clear them. I also really like the decision trees in the CCP module. I appreciate the RegDesk team that works directly with us—Dea and Nevena in particular. They are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. The ability to report issues right from the main screen is also very helpful. The ability to upload documents directly from the DCT module instead of having to leave and utilize the DMS is incredibly helpful to streamline work.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

The signature box doesn’t let me save a “written” signature for future use, which is frustrating. I also wish the decision trees could be customized and inserted manually for regions where they aren’t already applied.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegDesk has helped streamline our communication with external distributors, keep our documents organized in an easy-to-access format, and connect workflows both internally and externally.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

What I like most about RegDesk is how it removes a lot of the manual effort involved in tracking global requirements. Rather than juggling spreadsheets and updates coming in from different regions, everything is centralized in one place and easy to follow. That makes it much simpler for our team to stay on top of changes across markets without anything slipping through the cracks. The team is also very responsive to feedback and open to incorporating improvement ideas, which makes the platform feel like it’s continuously getting better.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

One limitation is that device registration alerts don’t yet support all countries. This leaves some gaps in coverage, so we still have to monitor certain regions manually to make sure nothing gets missed. I also wish the change control module offered more flexibility for customizing decision trees, as that would make it easier to align the workflow with our internal processes.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegDesk has made a big difference in how we manage global regulatory work. It helps us clearly link change controls to the impacted regions based on our product registrations, so we can quickly see what needs to be done without having to dig through multiple sources. And we can assign regional regulatory impact assessments directly to external business partners / global reps, which is outstanding. External partners also do not need to learn the document module, since they can upload documents directly through the checklist module, which makes collaboration much more efficient. RegDesk also takes a lot of pressure off our team by tracking renewals and deadlines for us, rather than relying on manual lists. The platform is easy to use and feels very intuitive, especially with the clean layout and the big blue buttons and global clickable map that make navigation straightforward. The available search filters are also intuitive to use. The eLearning training has been helpful for getting everyone up to speed, and support has been great. The Zendesk ticketing system is also easy to access, and the IT team is responsive when system issues come up. Nevena Divjak, Senior Customer Success Manager, has been especially responsive and easy to work with, which really makes a difference day to day. Overall, RegDesk saves us time, helps us stay organized, and gives us much better visibility into what’s happening across all of our markets.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

Centralization of product information and tracking of registrations.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

Some modules allow customization of parameter names, but the parameters in Tracking Reports cannot be adjusted to detect those customized names. Also, when dealing with hundreds or thousands of products at a time, tracking reports contain so much data that they become unmanageably large and unusable.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central repository for historical and current registration data, across all business units within a company. The data is easily accessible by any authorized user from anywhere in the world and the user interface is flexible enough to match a company's business needs and desired configuration.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

RegDesk stands out for its adaptability in a constantly evolving regulatory landscape—something that is notoriously difficult to execute well. I've used RegDesk every day for one year and can confidently confirm that the system is easy to use. Their ability to evolve with industry changes makes them a role model among regulatory intelligence platforms. Additionally, the RegDesk team is a pleasure to work with: consistently professional, responsive, and open to feedback. Their collaborative approach fosters a strong partnership and ensures that our needs are heard and addressed.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

There are occasional challenges with mass data loads that can lead to confusion within our internal teams. However, this issue is more reflective of our internal data management processes than a flaw in RegDesk’s system. Overall, there is very little to dislike about the platform or the team.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegDesk is effectively bridging gaps in our regulatory data infrastructure that previously hindered visibility and efficiency. Their willingness to redesign entire modules—such as the CCP module in version 5.1.0—demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the end-user experience and aligning with real world usage. The integration of AI tools, particularly for translating draft documents, is both innovative and practical, making advanced capabilities accessible to all users globally. RegDesk is not only helping us succeed—they’re ensuring we’re equipped to lead.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

Their ease of use for accessing data both on the RIM/registration tracking side as well as the Regulatory Intelligence is so easy to find what is needed for a country and export a report. They have also been extremely supportive and responsive to all of our needs, making it feel like we are their only customer.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

Integration with their backend support of jitterbit was rough, but they recently switched integration support and it is going much better!

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides up to date regulatory information in an easy to use platform. Both internal registration and product information as well as global regulations and changes are easily accessible for all to see.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

RegDesk support is truly amazing! The team is not only quick to respond but also thorough and fully engaged with us every step of the way. Their attention to detail, whether it’s patching, release notes, or update documentation, makes a big difference, especially in helping us with software validations and compliance. Having this kind of reliable, thoughtful support gives our team confidence and peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

While a less experienced software validation team may find patching cycles, bug fixes, and updates overwhelming, a more mature team recognizes these as manageable tasks and embraces documentation as a powerful tool for efficiency and consistency.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining validated software struggle with:
-Incomplete or unclear documentation for updates, patches, and releases.
-Gaps in support when trying to align software changes with compliance standards.
-Extra workload on internal teams to validate and justify system changes.
-Lack of trust in vendors when compliance evidence is weak or delayed.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

Comprehensive, user-friendly tool that consolidates all regulatory affairs processes in one place.
Excellent support provided by real experts that add value to our business.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

The is no negative point for this tool. We call it our "Santa Claus gift" because my company aquired it in December

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool consolidates process and document management practically, intuitively and uncomplicatedly. In addition to being a unique product on the market for Medical Devices, the company offers highly efficient customer support, capable of understanding customer needs, always reflected in product improvements. 
RegDesk was a game changer for our department. My team is happy to retire old Excel spreadsheets and feels more confident receiving alerts about regulation updates and license expiration dates.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

The User Interface is very engaging for new users of RegDesk RIMS.  Many users reported enjoying the map view for regulations and regulatory intelligence alerts.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

We could not perform our own import of products and tracking data into the system. We needed a lot of vendor support to get the data worksheets formatted to be imported into the system without errors.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RegDesk is helping us have a global view of our products and applications, which is helping us to monitor renewal dates and keep up with application tracking in real time.

**What do you like best about RegDesk?**

RegDesk is easy to deploy, entirely web-based with streamlined user access management.  Its UI is intuitive which makes training users simple.  Its modular structure reduces complexity for folks working on specific topics, which may not relate to the work of another colleague -- for example, Regulatory Intelligence and market access requirements appear in one module, while tracking submissions is in another.  Additionally, tracking postmarket "where-can-I-ship?" elements is simple and straightforward with a SKU and country-code database.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

Our firm's use case is slightly different than what most RegDesk customers would be looking for, however the team were highly responsive in clarifying our needs and then engaging with additional experts to add the regulatory intelligence information we had requested.  This did take a little bit of time up front, but the RegDesk team were professional and very supportive.

**What problems is RegDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen great benefits in using RegDesk, and it has been a pleasure collaborating with the RegDesk team. Their network of experts enables our firm to expand its regulatory reach, improving efficiency, and ensuring we are operating with the most accurate information globally.

RegDesk has several outstanding modules for the regulatory affairs professional and more so the medical device industry.

**What do you dislike about RegDesk?**

I cannot think of any downsides, we had great support when integrating with other systems.

Regulatory Intelligence is always difficult so having a module that is seamless, updated and always ready allows you to stay competitive.
