"Advanced Search, Great Decision Trees, and Exceptionally Responsive RegDesk Support"
What do you like best about RegDesk?

I love that the advanced searches keep my results (across multiple modules) until I clear them. I also really like the decision trees in the CCP module. I appreciate the RegDesk team that works directly with us—Dea and Nevena in particular. They are incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. The ability to report issues right from the main screen is also very helpful. The ability to upload documents directly from the DCT module instead of having to leave and utilize the DMS is incredibly helpful to streamline work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RegDesk?

The signature box doesn’t let me save a “written” signature for future use, which is frustrating. I also wish the decision trees could be customized and inserted manually for regions where they aren’t already applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Global Regulatory Tracking and Change Management"
What do you like best about RegDesk?

What I like most about RegDesk is how it removes a lot of the manual effort involved in tracking global requirements. Rather than juggling spreadsheets and updates coming in from different regions, everything is centralized in one place and easy to follow. That makes it much simpler for our team to stay on top of changes across markets without anything slipping through the cracks. The team is also very responsive to feedback and open to incorporating improvement ideas, which makes the platform feel like it’s continuously getting better. What do you dislike about RegDesk?

One limitation is that device registration alerts don’t yet support all countries. This leaves some gaps in coverage, so we still have to monitor certain regions manually to make sure nothing gets missed. I also wish the change control module offered more flexibility for customizing decision trees, as that would make it easier to align the workflow with our internal processes. What do you dislike about RegDesk?

There are occasional challenges with mass data loads that can lead to confusion within our internal teams. However, this issue is more reflective of our internal data management processes than a flaw in RegDesk’s system. Overall, there is very little to dislike about the platform or the team. What do you like best about RegDesk?

Their ease of use for accessing data both on the RIM/registration tracking side as well as the Regulatory Intelligence is so easy to find what is needed for a country and export a report. What do you like best about RegDesk?

What do you like best about RegDesk?

RegDesk is easy to deploy, entirely web-based with streamlined user access management. Its UI is intuitive which makes training users simple. Its modular structure reduces complexity for folks working on specific topics, which may not relate to the work of another colleague -- for example, Regulatory Intelligence and market access requirements appear in one module, while tracking submissions is in another. Additionally, tracking postmarket "where-can-I-ship?" elements is simple and straightforward with a SKU and country-code database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RegDesk?

Our firm's use case is slightly different than what most RegDesk customers would be looking for, however the team were highly responsive in clarifying our needs and then engaging with additional experts to add the regulatory intelligence information we had requested.
