Reflexion CAFM Reviews & Product Details

Reflexion CAFM is an enterprise-grade, AI-powered Computer-Aided Facility Management software that automates operations, predicts asset failures, and empowers field technicians across 450M+ sqft of managed space. Reflexion CAFM Reflexion CAFM, developed by Lattice Software Solutions, is an enterprise-grade, AI-powered Computer-Aided Facility Management platform built for property owners, developers, asset managers, and facility management companies. It brings day-to-day building operations into one place, helping teams manage maintenance, assets, inspections, space, service requests, and field activities without having to work across multiple disconnected systems. Today, Reflexion processes more than 10 million work orders every year across 450 million+ square feet of managed space. The platform connects building infrastructure, IoT devices, ERP systems, and mobile teams to give facility leaders a clearer view of what is happening across their properties and where attention is needed. Reflexion AI AI is built into the platform to support the people managing and maintaining facilities rather than sitting separately as another analytics tool. Reflexion includes five AI capabilities that work across different parts of the facility management process: AI Knowledge Assistant: Technicians can use the assistant directly through the mobile app when they need help with a maintenance issue. It brings together asset history, OEM manuals, and relevant troubleshooting knowledge to provide practical, step-by-step guidance in the field. This can help teams improve first-time fix rates by up to 2x. NLP Work Order Triage: When a tenant or occupant reports an issue, the system can understand the request, identify the location and type of fault, determine its priority, and route the work order to the appropriate available technician. This reduces the amount of manual triage required and can cut triage time by up to 80%. Computer Vision for Work Order Verification: Technicians can upload before-and-after photos as part of the job. Reflexion uses computer vision to compare the images and assess whether the work appears to have been completed properly. Jobs that meet the required criteria can move forward, while questionable or incomplete jobs can be flagged for supervisor review. Predictive Maintenance: The machine learning engine looks at historical maintenance records, PPM data, reactive work orders, equipment failure information, and IoT readings such as temperature, vibration, and power consumption. This helps teams identify assets showing signs of potential failure and take action before an unexpected breakdown occurs. Technician Performance Analytics: Facility managers can look beyond simple work-order completion numbers. Reflexion analyses SLA performance, completion times, reopened jobs, and other quality indicators to identify where technicians may need additional support or training. Core Enterprise Features Reflexion is designed to cover the wider facility management operation rather than focusing only on maintenance requests. Complete Operations Suite: Manage work orders, planned preventive maintenance, asset lifecycles, space and occupancy, audits, inspections, and guard patrol activities through a single platform. IoT & Infrastructure Integration: Connect Reflexion with BMS, HVAC systems, smart meters, occupancy sensors, and enterprise platforms such as SAP and Oracle. The platform supports technologies and integration methods including BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and REST APIs. Mobile-First Field Operations: Different users can work from mobile applications built around their responsibilities. Tenants can raise and track requests, while helpdesk teams, supervisors, and technicians can manage their respective tasks from the field. SLA & Performance Dashboards: Facility leaders get real-time visibility into operational performance, including response times, SLA compliance, tenant satisfaction, maintenance activity, and vendor performance. Built for Complex Property Portfolios Reflexion is suited for organizations managing large and complex property portfolios where facility teams need visibility across multiple buildings, locations, assets, contractors, and service teams. The platform supports environments such as commercial towers, residential communities, healthcare facilities, education campuses, retail malls, and master developments across the GCC and other global markets. Instead of treating every maintenance request as an isolated task, Reflexion helps organizations connect the information behind those tasks. This gives facility and asset management teams a better understanding of recurring issues, asset performance, operational efficiency, and the overall condition of their properties.
