This can help teams improve first-time fix rates by up to 2x. NLP Work Order Triage: When a tenant or occupant reports an issue, the system can understand the request, identify the location and type of fault, determine its priority, and route the work order to the appropriate available technician. This reduces the amount of manual triage required and can cut triage time by up to 80%. Computer Vision for Work Order Verification: Technicians can upload before-and-after photos as part of the job. Reflexion uses computer vision to compare the images and assess whether the work appears to have been completed properly. Jobs that meet the required criteria can move forward, while questionable or incomplete jobs can be flagged for supervisor review. Predictive Maintenance: The machine learning engine looks at historical maintenance records, PPM data, reactive work orders, equipment failure information, and IoT readings such as temperature, vibration, and power consumption. This helps teams identify assets showing signs of potential failure and take action before an unexpected breakdown occurs. Technician Performance Analytics: Facility managers can look beyond simple work-order completion numbers. Reflexion analyses SLA performance, completion times, reopened jobs, and other quality indicators to identify where technicians may need additional support or training. Core Enterprise Features Reflexion is designed to cover the wider facility management operation rather than focusing only on maintenance requests. Complete Operations Suite: Manage work orders, planned preventive maintenance, asset lifecycles, space and occupancy, audits, inspections, and guard patrol activities through a single platform. IoT & Infrastructure Integration: Connect Reflexion with BMS, HVAC systems, smart meters, occupancy sensors, and enterprise platforms such as SAP and Oracle. The platform supports technologies and integration methods including BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and REST APIs. Mobile-First Field Operations: Different users can work from mobile applications built around their responsibilities. Tenants can raise and track requests, while helpdesk teams, supervisors, and technicians can manage their respective tasks from the field.
