I've been a Redbooks user for a number of users. While it has been able to get the job done in that it provides us with lists of companies that we prospect with - I am actually somewhat disappointed in this product. There are multiple times where the company has had errors on our download counts and has taken a while to even respond to fix the issue. Companies are listed multiple ways so you could use 5-6 downloads essentially on the same company. The customer service is just OK.
