REDBOOKS has helped us in many ways and has helped us in maximizing our B2B sales. With its variety ofo features, we are now better able to locate the accurate points of contact and information about these contacts and their place in the company. It has helped us in creating a good impression in minds of our clients .getting an advantage from the large database has developed so many opportunities for our business.

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

We are so much satisfied with it that we always use this software for research and prospecting. And above all its customer service is so good like for a few things we needed help and its team was available for us and helped us. With its variety of features, we are now better able to locate the accurate points of contact

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

Despite having a large database I have found that small-scale companies which I found could be beneficial for me are sometimes missing in it so I think there should be more availability of smallscale companies too.

**What problems is REDBOOKS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REDBOOKS is a very professional software and helped us in uplifting our business. We have found it very helpful in research for our business needs. If it will add more small scale companies and businesses too then I think it would be the best software in sales intelligence

**Describe the project or task REDBOOKS helped with:**

Redbooks helps be on so many different levels from lead generation, finding the correct points of contact, finding that contacts direct information as well as place in the company, etc.  It has a seriously large database that includes information on almost all major companies creating so many opportunities for businesses. 

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

They can create custom lists of leads for you do tackle in any specific industry.  So if you want to tackle leads in the retail industry, they will create a custom list of retail leads for you to review.  If you want a list of retail and automotive leads, they will do that too.  The opportunities are endless. 

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

Maybe it could have more companies.  Sometimes if I see a smaller company that would be perfect for business, I will try searching them in Redbooks and sometimes they might not have them in their database.  But they are constantly adding more leads to the system.  So it may not be in there today, but it might tomorrow.  I would say 95% of the leads I search in their system are there.  

**Recommendations to others considering REDBOOKS:**

Honestly you can't go wrong.  It's a great investment if you're a business.

We use this tool every day in our prospecting and research. When one of our Regional Managers goes into a new territory, Redbooks is the first click to map out the market. 

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

Being able to export large amounts of data into Excel for further manipulation.

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

As it is with any database, we always wish there was more information and more up to date information.

**Recommendations to others considering REDBOOKS:**

Our rep, Jillian, is fantastic. She turns requests around quickly and really helps us get our ROI.

We want to reach out to global brands to advertise on Al Jazeera Media Network during World Cup 2018. We found most of the contact information at the companies or at their agencies available there at RedBooks.

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

It's very easy to use, and the info provided is well organized.

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

Lacking enough international contact information.

**Recommendations to others considering REDBOOKS:**

If you are looking for sales leads, RedBooks is best and less expensive than other similar tools.

I would like to recommend Redbooks.com to those top sales. Redbooks provides very detailed and broad information on each company in their data, and its relevant data. Such as key contacts, their linkedin accts, profiles, company revenue, and media spend. Another good data is agencies.

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

I like the key person profile it provides, and the agencies the company uses. And also the search functions.

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

Pretty satisfied with their services, so far not thing are dislike.

**Describe the project or task REDBOOKS helped with:**

I've been a Redbooks user for a number of users. While it has been able to get the job done in that it provides us with lists of companies that we prospect with - I am actually somewhat disappointed in this product. There are multiple times where the company has had errors on our download counts and has taken a while to even respond to fix the issue. Companies are listed multiple ways so you could use 5-6 downloads essentially on the same company. The customer service is just OK. Was pretty disappointed specifically when they came time to renew with us.

**What do you like best about REDBOOKS?**

The ability to build targeted company lists based on the specific criteria that we had.

**What do you dislike about REDBOOKS?**

Accuracy is an issue. I would submit specific criteria for a list and would find that I'd receive companies that did not fit the proper definition. 

**Recommendations to others considering REDBOOKS:**

The renewal process was handled extremely poorly. They wanted to significantly increase the cost of the product while not offering any additional value to us. They couldn't clearly explain why. They had multiple errors and didn't know much about our account. Very displeased near the end of this relationship.
