The tool is easy to use and has a good user interface. The effort required to create charts/widgets dashboard is minimal once the connected data source. I have been using the tool for a year now, and it serves our needs perfectly. If you are an early-stage startup or a growing company, this tool is a must-have in your tech stack. What do you dislike about Redash? It is relatively challenging to connect the software to your product database, and you might need a dev-ops engineer to do so. But once connected, it works like a charm. The parameters for the visualization can be made more robust like ability to format the date. Apart from this, everything works smooth and fine.
