Easy to integrate and setup on prem or on cloud since it's cloud agnostic, organizations can make decisions anytime to take the application to on cloud or to on premises data center. Some times application side has dependencies on the OS and OS support ends in 3-5 years is callaging for upgrade and to test the application but this is all on application dependencies.
