"Cleaned up our scientific footprint so AI tools quote our research accurately"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

Pharma researchers and lab scientists are now using AI tools such as Claude and Perplexity to find specialized assay services and bioanalytical testing. In fields like ours, where precision is paramount, we found that these AI tools sometimes misinterpreted our testing capabilities. This partner carefully reviewed our whitepapers and specifications, then organized our scientific capabilities and equipment certifications into an easily searchable, machine-readable format without sacrificing any technical precision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Our internal scientists had to review every content revision carefully before anything went live on our portal. While this was necessary for compliance, it meant the review process took a little longer during the first month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Red-Engage?

Red Engage came in and, rather than leaning on generic marketing language, they understood that for a firm like ours, credibility and accuracy matter more than flashy content. They tightened up how we were represented across the web, corrected our schema, and rewrote several of our service pages so they read as clear, trustworthy answers instead of sales pitches. Within a few weeks, we started noticing our firm being mentioned in AI responses to tax- and bookkeeping-related questions, which we hadn’t seen before. What I appreciated most is that they didn’t sacrifice our tone in the process; we still sound like an accounting firm, not a tech startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Red Engage Made GEO Clear—and Boosted Our Visibility in AI Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

A bit of context: I’m on the operations side, not marketing, but our CEO asked me to sit in on this because he wanted someone practical involved not just marketing people talking to each other. Honestly, I went in without really knowing what “GEO” even meant. Red Engage’s team walked me through it in a way that didn’t make me feel dumb for asking basic questions, which I genuinely appreciated.

What they actually did was review our website and then point out that our company details were wrong or inconsistent in a bunch of places online—old phone numbers, different service descriptions on different sites, that kind of thing. A few weeks later, we started noticing our company actually coming up when people ask ChatGPT-type tools about freight companies. For a company like ours that’s been doing this the old way for 20+ years, that felt like a real shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Honestly, some of it went over my head since I’m coming from ops. I had to ask a few extra questions along the way just to keep up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ahead-of-Schedule Entity Mapping That Fixed Our Fund Citations on Perplexity and Claude"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

The team audit our institutional fund management presence across Perplexity and Claude, then corrected inaccuracies in how these platforms cited our European fund entities. Their account lead set up a shared communication channel where our compliance team could review every suggested technical update before deployment. The entity mapping work finished ahead of schedule, and accurate citations appeared for our cross-boarder compliance queries within 6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

The reporting comes in spreadsheets instead of a single client portal, which makes it harder to share updates with regional compliance heads. An automated dashboard with exports would save our operations staff a lot of admin time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Hands-Off Knowledge Graph Setup with Clear Weekly Prompt Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

Right after our kickoff call, the team took over our knowledge graph and llms.txt setup without delay. Within about four weeks, our platform started showing up in Perplexity answers. Their technical crew coordinated directly with our web administrators in Slack, which helped keep our internal developers focused on product priorities instead of getting pulled into implementation details. I also appreciated their weekly tracking documents, which list the exact prompt queries they monitored rather than relying on estimated traffic numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

All citation data currently comes through shared spreadsheets, which makes it difficult to review and manage across multiple business units. Our product team would prefer a dashboard where department leaders can run custom prompt queries on demand, whenever they need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Technical, No-Hype GEO That Boosted Our AI Search Visibility Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

They approached GEO with real technical rigor, not buzzwords. Rather than making vague promises about AI, they audited how ChatGPT and Perplexity were summarizing our niche, pinpointed specific gaps in our entity graph, and then implemented structured schema along with an llms.txt file. Within two months, our brand started surfacing as a top recommendation in conversational searches for cloud cost governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Because AI search visibility is a rapidly evolving channel, the benchmark reporting methodology had to be updated several times to keep pace with shifts in the models’ algorithms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Buzzword AI Execution That Gets Our Formulas Quoted"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

They cut through the hype around artificial intelligence and stayed focused on the real mechanics. They helped structure our formulations, vegan credentials, and key products like our Hibiscus AHA cleanser and daily SPF so models like ChatGPT and Perplexity actually quote our formulas. There were no buzzwords and no missed deadlines, just solid execution from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Model index updates don’t happen overnight. In my case, it took about five weeks before I started seeing regular citations show up in conversational search, so you really have to trust the timeline early on and be patient while things catch up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Red Engage Got Us Showing Up in AI Recommendations Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

We’re a mid-size HR tech company competing in a pretty crowded space, so standing out has always been a grind. What pushed us toward Red Engage was realizing that when HR leaders asked ChatGPT for recommendations on payroll or benefits platforms, three of our competitors showed up and we didn’t.

Once we brought them in, they reviewed our site and found that our content was actually decent it just wasn’t structured in a way AI tools could easily pull from. They fixed our schema, tightened up our entity information across review sites like G2 and Capterra, and rewrote a chunk of our product pages so they read more like direct answers. About six weeks later, we were showing up in roughly 35% of the AI queries we tested, compared to basically 0% before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

A few of the early technical recommendations needed to be translated for our product team, since some of the schema changes affected our dev roadmap and required extra coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Red Engage Captured Our Cultivated Fat Nuance and Boosted Our AI Visibility Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

We build cultivated fat for meat alternatives, which is hard to explain to people in general let alone get an AI model to summarise accurately. Going in, my biggest worry was ending up with generic “biotech company” copy that missed the nuance of what we actually do. Red Engage didn’t take that shortcut. They took the time to understand how cultivated fat differs from cultivated meat more broadly, and then used that understanding to guide our entity and schema work. Within weeks, we started showing up in AI answers to questions we hadn’t even directly targeted, which was the clearest sign that the technical work was really landing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Our science team ended up doing more fact-checking than I expected. Anything that touched the actual biology needed a review pass from someone technical on our side before it went live. That’s reasonable given the subject matter, but it took more internal time than I’d budgeted for as a lean team. I also wish the early conversations had set clearer expectations for what success should look like at month one versus month three. This category is new enough that even we weren’t sure what a strong benchmark should be, so a bit more upfront guidance would’ve helped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Correcting Outdated Business Information in AI Search Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Red-Engage?

The team cleaned up how Perplexity and ChatGPT read our regional concert schedules by updating our event schema and tour dates directly. Their community specialists monitored music discussion boards on Reddit to post accurate ticket links whenever fans asked about venue stops. We worked directly with their lead strategist through a dedicated Slack room, which gave our 3 person marketing department quick turnarounds during tour rollouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red-Engage?

Time zone differences between Australia and their US team occasionally delayed weekend ticket campaign responses by a few hours. We also had to export their spreadsheet reports manually into our internal deck before our Monday promoter meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
