With a strong team of over 450 engineers, Recro partners with some of the most recognized brands across retail, financial services and technology, supporting high-growth companies and Fortune 500 enterprises in scaling their engineering capabilities. At its core, Recro exists to safeguard the promises businesses make to their customers while simultaneously unlocking socio-economic mobility for technology talent. This dual focus informs both how the company delivers value to clients and how it creates meaningful, growth-oriented career paths for engineers. Recro’s vision is to become the most essential business transformation partner for enterprises by combining deep industry context with AI-native capabilities, enabling organizations to accelerate growth while creating life-changing opportunities for the people building these systems. Its mission is centered on engineering transformation for mid-market enterprises by bringing together a powerful ecosystem of domain and technology partners. Through this approach, Recro builds AI-native platforms that drive consistency, scalability, and predictable business success. What sets Recro apart from traditional IT outsourcing firms is its outcome-first model. Instead of selling engineering hours, Recro deploys specialized FDE Pods composed of “Thinking Engineers” who take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes. By combining domain insight with AI-driven execution, these teams design and build systems that deliver tangible impact. Recro ultimately positions itself as the architect of predictable success helping enterprises encode their operational knowledge into intelligent systems that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and unlock new avenues for sustainable growth.
