Reclee Reviews & Product Details

Reclee is AI recruiting software for recruiting agencies, startups and in-house hiring teams. You ask Reclee for the search, and it runs it from the first message to the hire: it writes the job post, sources candidates, qualifies them against your criteria and takes the right ones all the way to the offer. AI sourcing. Reclee searches more than 800 million profiles, scores each one against your criteria and hands you a ranked longlist. It also finds the passive candidates who never apply to job ads. Ask Reclee. Ask about your searches in plain language and get answers from your own data: the job post, the longlist, the scorecards. Who should I present to the client first, and why? How is this search going? Free ATS and CRM, forever. Track every candidate with their stage, screening, scorecard and report. Keep your clients, their requests and where each came from in the same base as your candidates. Publish a branded careers page where every application lands in the ATS with its Match score. Hiring managers join free as collaborators. Built for agencies. A client CRM, shortlists with your agency’s brand, and free migration from your current tools, so you can run more searches with the same team. Works with the AI you already use. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Le Chat or Perplexity over MCP, or your own code over the API, with each user’s permissions. Pricing. Free to organize your recruiting, with Ask Reclee included. Paid plans add AI sourcing: Starter from USD 39 per recruiter a month, and Pro for teams that search every week.
