Sa5 is the best and only thing to like about real green Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave?

Sa5 is good but other services are substandard and commitments are not honored. Response from company is lacking. They literally attempt to nickel and dime you out of business. Honesty and integrity is also an issue. In addition I had to return to this review because it required a screen shot because you don't trust me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RealGreen by WorkWave?

Very easy to set up a new customer, easily search for a customer. Personally, any time that I have had to call in for support 9 out of 10 times someone could assist me right then, otherwise it might take a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave?

Geocoding needs to be more accurate, if address is put into system and at times it cannot geocode at all, selecting postal code will help a bit at times, but if we plug in the address into Google Maps we get an almost spot-on location and then we just have to edit the geocoding to correct it in the system. The learning material is out of date. Roll outs of new configuration has bugs so it doesn't look like there is much UA done. Customer service is not very knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RealGreen by WorkWave?

It's great for marketing. Works well for customers with multiple services. Routing is pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RealGreen by WorkWave?

Billing, even though the customers can be "linked" together for mailing statements, when the master account has a credit card or Ach payment set up it will not automatically pay the attached accounts. Statements are convoluted and Installment invoices don't clearly show what you are paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
