It's not very good at adapting to words in another language; for example, from trying it out with Spanish text with some English words, it sometimes pronounces them well in English, and sometimes it just says them like they were in Spanish. Another thing to mention is the speed adjustment. Even though it has the option, it just sounds really bad if you try to make it read slower or faster.
