RayClock - Time & Attendance and Employee Management Reviews & Product Details

RayClock is a time and attendance and workforce management system for Israeli businesses. Employees clock in from the web, the iPhone or Android app, or an NFC tag, with optional GPS verification for field teams. Managers publish shift schedules, see who is on site in real time, fix missing punches with a full audit trail, and close the month with reports that cover overtime, Shabbat and holiday hours, ready for payroll. RayClock also manages the employee lifecycle: onboarding, documents, digital signatures, digital Form 101, and leave requests and approvals. It supports multiple branches, departments and manager permissions, and lets you connect ChatGPT or Claude to query your data and run actions with your approval. Available in Hebrew, English and Russian, with a 14-day free trial.
