Easy click and recording for actions of the tested application. I especially liked a lot that there were training sessions online for free for the users. I also likes that the content of these sessions was of big variety, and that there are sessions for users of all levels of experience with Ranorex and testing in general, from novices to experts. The support also is really helpful, they are keen on helping you with understanding how ranorex works, working around problems and even help you with implementation. I faced a lot of difficulties in recording when more than 1 technologies are used for the app. There was no clear resolution for this matter, I just had to give up testing of this part of our software that used a different techology (.net) than main one (java). Automation testing . trying to create test scripts then applying them into cases using recording tool and also code when necessary. The business problem was that manual testing takes some time and also you can test more things with automated testing, there are always more ways to test your software faster if you mix manual testing with automated testing as well. Support is hard to communicate with, never seem to understand the root of the issue, and our sales rep changes monthly. Took years to resolve a blocking issue that kept us on old versions.
