Non of the other software that offer NLP gave me the results like Rankability.

Other tools no clear indication of performance improvement. With Rankability it was as soon as next day.

The most important started to generate leads for a local business.

Using Rankability suggestions I created 17 new pages on a brand new domain.

In June 2025 alone it generated 25 leads each valued at £500. Some of the leads became customers the same day.

Not bad for a brand new domain with no links. Not even social profiles. Well Rankability works.

Rankability is really the one-stop-shop for optimizing content. 90% of the time when I use Rankability, I'm using a content optimizer. The layout of the app is clean, simple, and very intuitive to use. I use it monthly, but on a week-by-week and day-by-day basis it's all over the place. I might work on 10 articles in a week, and then not work on any for the next 2 weeks depending on other marketing efforts I'm working on. Overall, I highly recommend it, and it's been a big game changer in my business. Customer support is always great. I wish there was more of a "pay as you go" model. I'm on the lowest plan, so I get 20 optimizers a month. Sometimes 20 is a perfect amount, but sometimes it's way too much, so I'm spending money for a bunch of optimizers, and it's great that they roll over for a month, but I rarely need more than 20, so they always go to waste if I don't use all 20 in a month because 99% of the time, I won't need more than 20 the following month. I realize there are business challenges with doing a pay as you go model, and it would make revenue way less predictable, but if there was a more flexible plan, that would be great. First, in the brief editing section, adding a ‘More’ button with a header import option would be a big time-saver. I often need to paste headers, so the ability to import header code directly would make the process easier.

Second, it would be great to have a feature that lets me check a client’s current Rankability score by entering just the keyword and URL. This would help me pitch clients more effectively and include these insights in proposals.

Lastly, after three months, Rankability currently recommends creating a new Optimizer for older keywords. Instead, having a refresh button that works for at least a year would make the process more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
