## About Rakenne
Rakenne is a multi-tenant SaaS for document-elaboration workflows. Users define how a document should be produced—structure, sections, style, and validation rules—in plain markdown. They then work with an AI agent in the browser: the agent follows the workflow, asks clarifying questions when input is ambiguous, and drafts content that adheres to the defined structure and rules. Output is consistently formatted and can be exported for further use. Workflows are packaged as reusable “Skills”: markdown instructions plus optional reference files and validation tools. Rakenne ships with a skill library covering contracts, compliance and due-diligence reports, SOWs, internal communications, and domain-specific documentation (e.g. ITIL, CMMI, EU AI Act, clinical, security). Users can use these as-is, customize them, or author and share their own skills. Projects run in isolated workspaces with tenant isolation; the agent process is scoped per project. The product supports project templates, custom skills, and optional bring-your-own API keys for LLM model choice. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not used to train models.
