## About Quokka Hub Engagement Platform
Quokka Hub is an employee engagement and team communication platform for companies with 5 to 500 employees. It pairs anonymous engagement surveys with DISC behavioral assessments, so leaders can see what their team thinks and know how to act on it. Engagement surveys use AI plus third-party human review to keep responses anonymous. Feedback is always on, so employees can submit how they feel at any time, not only at quarter-end. Free-text responses reach leadership at the organization level, which acts as an anonymity guardrail while giving leaders visibility into what is happening across the company. Surveys include quarterly pulses, onboarding, offboarding, custom surveys, and polls. DISC behavioral assessments show each person's communication and decision-making style. DISC measures observable behavior, not personality. Each style maps onto the org chart, placing structure and behavior in one view. Communication Coach rewrites a message to fit a specific colleague's DISC style, so a manager can adapt it before sending. The two layers connect in the quarterly 1:1. Quokka Hub pulls a person's DISC profile and their engagement results into an AI-generated prep brief, with talking points adapted to both the manager and the employee. Quokka Hub is available as a self-serve platform, with fractional HR support for teams that want hands-on help building their people operations.
