Communication Coach rewrites a message to fit a specific colleague's DISC style, so a manager can adapt it before sending. Each style maps onto the org chart, placing structure and behavior in one view. Quokka Hub connects both layers. It pulls a person's DISC profile and their quarterly engagement results into an AI-generated 1:1 outline, with talking points adapted to both the manager and the employee. Surveys include quarterly pulses, onboarding, offboarding, custom surveys, and polls.
