I like the how it links together with the programs that are compatible with it! When you input clients the information is easy to input and access again. It stays neat and organized. I actually like the verification method to login as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the phones do not work correctly with this program, but overall great. There needs to be able to have more options for drop downs. I just like how it times you out and you have to re-log back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing in the application I did not like. Only the customer support needs to be improved. They response too late and sometimes the support provided is not sufficient enough as there are few bugs in the application which have to be removed.
