When you input clients the information is easy to input and access again. It stays neat and organized. I actually like the verification method to login as well. **What do you dislike about Quickbook Synchronizer?** Sometimes the phones do not work correctly with this program, but overall great. There needs to be able to have more options for drop downs. I just like how it times you out and you have to re-log back in. **Recommendations to others considering Quickbook Synchronizer:** If you think your systems and information is a mess do this get quick book synchronize it’ll be the best thing. **What problems is Quickbook Synchronizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Double data problems is the very main one, but more organized overall as well. So great for organization. The information is neat and organized it’s it’s really easy to access again fast record keeping. ### 3. I love how it generates an invoice without me logging into the Quickbook app. All insights about accounting information can be tracked with just a click of mouse. **What do you dislike about Quickbook Synchronizer?** There is nothing in the application I did not like. Only the customer support needs to be improved. They response too late and sometimes the support provided is not sufficient enough as there are few bugs in the application which have to be removed. No doubt few of them have already been removed but they need to take customers feedback to work on other bugs. **Recommendations to others considering Quickbook Synchronizer:** It is an accounting tool that helps in managing and processing revenue, expenses and also helps in tracing day-to-day activities related to business. It allows users to synchronize data from Sales force to Quickbooks using an easy process. Also, the mobile application is well designed. They need to roll the updates of the application frequently in time so that they can upgrade it and remove the bugs which might be present in it. **What problems is Quickbook Synchronizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows quick access to the database enabling me to synchronize all inventory and accounting accounts into one tool. I just really wish that they had the customer service team to help deal with the inevitable issues that come with this kind of software **What do you dislike about Quickbook Synchronizer?** The customer service is absolutely garbage. Getting into contact with them takes days, the customer service team hardly know what they are doing and there have been a lot of software crashes that delay sending/receiving payments **What problems is Quickbook Synchronizer solving and how is that benefiting you?** If the customer service team knew what they were doing enough to handle basic communication and the ins and outs of the software, it’d be worth sticking with it. Unfortunately that is not the case ### 5.
