QuesGen Case Management Reviews & Product Details

QG Case is case management software built for nonprofits, community-based organizations, and hospital-based violence intervention programs (HVIPs). Built by QuesGen Systems since 2004, it replaces spreadsheets and email threads with a structured workflow covering intake, care plans, tasks, follow-ups, case closure, and outcomes reporting. QG Case is trusted by some of the most established violence intervention programs in the country, including the CHOP Violence Intervention Program, Highland Hospital / Youth ALIVE!, and UMMS Shock Trauma VIP — environments where longitudinal tracking, funder reporting, and HIPAA-capable infrastructure are non-negotiable. Case Essentials, the free tier, is designed for smaller nonprofits and CBOs that need to be operational fast — configured in an afternoon, no IT department required. QGCase Pro is the enterprise option for hospital systems and complex care organizations requiring deep customization, Epic/Cerner integration, and procurement-ready security documentation.
