What I like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable is that it keeps everything in one place and provides better visibility into what’s outstanding. From a user perspective, that’s probably the biggest benefit. Even though I have my issues with the platform, it does make it easier to track payments and stay on top of collections with less manual follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most is that it can feel clunky and harder to use than it should be. Simple tasks sometimes take too many steps, and it’s not always very user-friendly. It also feels like it’s missing some features that other AR systems already have, so there are times when it seems more limited than it should be. It works, but using it regularly can get frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
