Instead of license fees based on platform usage, number of users, or data volumes, the new structure offers tiers based only on the number of employees. Qrvey customers may also terminate contracts – regardless of term – with only 30 days’ notice if they’re dissatisfied. In addition, all levels of licensing receive support via direct access via Slack, Zoom, and email to lead developers, not technical service reps. We recognize that SaaS companies have unique characteristics, high rates of growth, rapid development cycles, and complex use cases. We’ve designed the product itself for flexible and rapid implementation, and now we’ve created pricing and support that also accommodates these factors. I find Qrvey incredibly useful for accessing data, running reports, and building my own dashboards.
