Our pricing plans were designed to be simple, straight forward and super flexible. They give SaaS companies all of the features your organization needs and will seamlessly grow with you into the future. Qrvey offers tiered pricing that isn’t based on platform usage, or number of users. We are priced for SaaS and priced for growth.

Qrvey has rolled out a new pricing structure that gives SaaS companies reasonable and predictable pricing that encourages growth.

Instead of license fees based on platform usage, number of users, or data volumes, the new structure offers tiers based only on the number of employees. Qrvey customers may also terminate contracts – regardless of term – with only 30 days’ notice if they’re dissatisfied. In addition, all levels of licensing receive support via direct access via Slack, Zoom, and email to lead developers, not technical service reps.

We recognize that SaaS companies have unique characteristics, high rates of growth, rapid development cycles, and complex use cases. We’ve designed the product itself for flexible and rapid implementation, and now we’ve created pricing and support that also accommodates these factors.

You need to have predictable costs that don’t sap resources during rapid expansion, as well as rapid response to any technical challenges encountered. We are so confident in our product that we’ve eliminated the risk for term licenses. We consider ourselves to be their partner, and this is our investment in their success.

What do you like best about Qrvey?

I find Qrvey incredibly useful for accessing data, running reports, and building my own dashboards. The efficiency it offers in facilitating faster decision-making is remarkable, especially with its ability to analyze various data sources comprehensively. I like that Qrvey has a user-friendly interface, making it accessible and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Qrvey?

I find the process of bug fixing in Qrvey to be challenging, particularly when it comes to dealing with issues related to data pickers and the data loading process. Additionally, the learning features in Qrvey seem inadequate; I feel that continuous development is necessary to make them more powerful and effective. The user experience could also benefit from improvements, especially concerning customization and ensuring consistency across different devices, with a particular focus on mobile compatibility.
