QRoutes - optimised route planning for home to school transport Reviews & Product Details

Fast, fair, and efficient home to school transport routing. QRoutes optimises your trips to reduce contracts, mileage, and ensure passengers' journey time is within your defined timeframe. Customers report saving up to 95% planning time and, often, £100,000s in saved contracts. QRoutes is suitable for mainstream pupils AND those with additional needs. You can plan routes to suit your existing fleet of vehicles, the best possible fleet, or somewhere in-between. Plus, you can > plan for passengers to travel from door-to-door or from pick up points > include passenger assistants (again from home or from a pick up point) > accommodate passengers' social needs (e.g., Bill must travel with Ben; Sarah must travel alone) and mobility needs (e.g., Simon needs a little extra time to board; Faiza uses a wheelchair) Founded in 2016, QRoutes is now used by 19% of UK local authorities, as well as operators, and independent schools in the UK and internationally.
