**What do you like best about QRCG?**

CIHQ appreciates being able to use QRCG for print materials with the confidence that the linked site will remain valid. We also use QRCG to promote upcoming events and webinars for a short period of time, and then remove the link when it’s no longer needed.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

Not necessarily a bad thing, but the QR code that gets created is a large image file. It needs to be resized for sharing via email and for adding to a PowerPoint slide. It’s an extra step we’re willing to take, since sometimes we do need the larger file.

**What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use QRCG regularly to promote our monthly (and sometimes weekly) webinars on LinkedIn. It lets us skip the email blasts and avoid messy links that can break or drop text. We also really appreciate the template options—choosing colors, adding text, and adjusting the style—because it makes the whole process genuinely fun.

**What do you like best about QRCG?**

I have been using these guys for all my QR code solutions for 10+ years
They have all the different forms I need linking to websites, social profiles, PDFs and Contact V-Cards
Love the customization of design side, they make it easy to color match, add your logo to it and export a file type of your choice!

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

Really nothing, they have kept on top of trends and have all features I can think of having.

**What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making it easy to bridge the gap of the physical to digital world! Within a scan you be sharing your contact, video or other information. When you are limited by space just add a QR code to be able to give additional info.

**What do you like best about QRCG?**

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love that I can change the URL at any point and often reuse QR codes for annual events we attend.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

Showing how often these are scanned can prove ROI to leadership. I want to be able to download every qr's metrics with one push, not go into each and every one. These could all be in one excel file

I don't like that without notice the price just went up 44% from last year.

When creating a new code, the Static codes are essentially hidden at the bottom by default, this seems strange.

On the social media '1 qr code' option, if you don't have a social media site I use, there is no icon for it. How about a custom icon upload option?

A small dashboard at the top of the screen of trending or hot QRs would be good to see upon signing in. Some QRs are at the end of the list and may be popular but I don't scroll all the way down or even know it's happening.

**What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have TV displays at Events and people watching these can scan for more info. We also use these on TVs around our HQ for employees to acquire more information. Printed pieces also utilize the QRs which is great when handing out info to many people. We have use these to direct people to signup for things using a form landing page. This has been very helpful.

**What do you like best about QRCG?**

The QR codes are easy to make and there are a lot of designs to choose from so not every code looks the same. I also like the ability to add our logo on the code and change the color as needed so people realize they are legitimate codes.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

I don't think there are any downsides. As I said they are easy to create and use on printed materials.

**What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They make it easy for people to visit our website for information, events, donations or to fill our surveys for early childhood without having to type in the website url which for some programs can be quite long.

**What do you like best about QRCG?**

I like how editable the QR codes are. They can be fully customised, so they look consistent with my branding.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

It can be very hard to work out which QR code appears where on a physical copy (for example, on packaging). All the QR codes look virtually identical to the human eye, and there’s no variation in the URL the system redirects to that would help distinguish them. As a result, you end up needing a separate physical marking system (outside of the QR code generation system) just to identify which code is which.

**What problems is QRCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use these on our packaging to make it easier for customers to access product-use tutorials and product safety information. The reliability of these QR codes is excellent, because they can be left to work seamlessly in the background, and when information needs updating, the URL can be changed.

**What do you like best about QRCG?**

It’s easy to create QR codes and download them for use on packaging and POP signage. Editing the PNG QR code is easy with the templates provided to include the company logo, and slogans.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

The landing pages for linked PDFs, videos, and collections do not allow for a lot of personalization, branding, or shopping integration. There isn't a way to customize templates to maintain a brand ecosystem visually.

Sounded great on paper until we set up the features we wanted and then found out after paying for the "Pro" plan that we needed the "Enterprise" plan.

Ok, we get the green light and then we can't even make contact except for some crappy AI chat bot that is completely worthless and wastes our time. We already paid and we get emails telling us to upgrade! What is going on here?

Still trying to set it up properly. We get privacy errors when using the custom shortened URLS. We want our own subdomain, but apparently we need the Enterprise plan? You shouldn't even make that feature available unless you actually pay for the "Enterprise" plan. We need to get this up and running and now we can't even get the original guy we were talking to respond to emails. Needless to say, after wasting our time and spending hundreds of dollars, we're looking for other options. I don't know how we're going to do it, but we will complain to the Better Business Bureau and any other customer service entities.

Ease of use, tracking capabilities and cost. QR codes are generated quickly, stored in folders organized by target market to easily find, and stats are provided to show which codes are most popular. The dynamic QR codes also save us time and risk, allowing us to adjust the destination link when necessary.

QRCG does exactly what we need it do at a fair price. If we could access it via SSO, that would be a welcome benefit to assist with user management best practices.

I like how customizable the QR codes are in QRCG, especially with the option to add pictures, use different shapes within the QR code, and choose different colors. The initial setup of QRCG was very easy, just needing an email and password.

I would love a weekly scanned breakdown by QR code, as it lumps it all together right now. It would be great if they could add a top hits feature in their weekly summary of how many clicks we got per week.

Ease of use, and price. We use a lot of QR codes in print materials and so it's easy to create a QR code, download the svg and drop it in.

**What do you dislike about QRCG?**

I wish there was a way to set preferred download format. It defaults to png, but for print we use svg more often than not. 

Also, I wish I could sort all of the QR codes by most recently scanned, so I can see which ones have been scanned most recently.
