CIHQ appreciates being able to use QRCG for print materials with the confidence that the linked site will remain valid. Not necessarily a bad thing, but the QR code that gets created is a large image file. It needs to be resized for sharing via email and for adding to a PowerPoint slide. It’s an extra step we’re willing to take, since sometimes we do need the larger file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm really unhappy with QRCG. The subscription cost is extremely high at $127 per year, which is crazy expensive considering I only used about 3 QR codes. Additionally, when I decided to cancel due to this cost, I discovered my QR codes had expired, even though I was still paying for the subscription. The cancellation process was also frustrating. Despite canceling all my codes and subscriptions, I still got billed. Even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. There's no contact info, phone number, just an AI chatbot that couldn't solve my issue. It's ridiculous that I was charged $360 over 2 years for a service I no longer subscribe to. As for the product itself, the UI is terrible and there's no justification for such a high price when similar services are free with Chat GPT. The whole experience has been terrible. I have been using these guys for all my QR code solutions for 10+ years

They have all the different forms I need linking to websites, social profiles, PDFs and Contact V-Cards

Showing how often these are scanned can prove ROI to leadership. I want to be able to download every qr's metrics with one push, not go into each and every one. These could all be in one excel file

I don't like that without notice the price just went up 44% from last year.

When creating a new code, the Static codes are essentially hidden at the bottom by default, this seems strange.

On the social media '1 qr code' option, if you don't have a social media site I use, there is no icon for it. How about a custom icon upload option?

It can be very hard to work out which QR code appears where on a physical copy (for example, on packaging). All the QR codes look virtually identical to the human eye, and there’s no variation in the URL the system redirects to that would help distinguish them. Ease of use, tracking capabilities and cost. QR codes are generated quickly, stored in folders organized by target market to easily find, and stats are provided to show which codes are most popular.
