QRCG Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI
Is QRCG free, or does it offer a free trial?

QRCG does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is QRCG pricing best suited for?

QRCG's pricing is best suited for mid-market marketing, retail, manufacturing, and real estate teams that generate QR codes frequently and need dynamic URL editing, scan tracking, and branded customization across ongoing campaigns. G2 reviewers from these segments consistently rate QRCG highly and cite bulk creation, logo embedding, and dynamic link flexibility as core workflow needs that justify subscription costs. Small businesses with recurring QR code demands, such as events services and insurance, also report strong fit. QRCG's pricing is poorly suited for one-time users, educators, non-profits, or anyone needing only occasional static codes, as G2 reviewers in those categories report significant cost-to-value mismatches.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of QRCG?

QRCG offers a 14-day free trial that defaults users to dynamic QR codes, which G2 reviewers repeatedly flag as a major transparency issue: codes deactivate after the trial without clear upfront warning, leaving printed materials unusable. Static codes are free permanently but are described by G2 reviewers as deliberately obscured in the interface. QRCG's paid plans unlock dynamic QR codes with editable URLs, scan analytics, bulk CSV creation, logo customization, vCard features, and multiple content types including PDF, video, and MP3. Enterprise-level features such as white-label and custom subdomains require a separate custom-quoted enterprise tier beyond standard paid plans.

Is QRCG considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviews of QRCG present a sharply divided value picture. Satisfied users, predominantly mid-market and small business, praise reasonable pricing, dynamic URL editing, scan tracking, bulk CSV creation, and logo customization as strong justifications for cost. However, a significant volume of G2 reviewers report serious value concerns: dynamic codes defaulting during free trials without clear disclosure, annual-only billing with no refunds, and subscription caps limiting QR code quantities. Reviewers in pharmaceuticals and real estate flag high annual fees relative to code limits. Alternatives like QRCodeMonkey are cited by dissatisfied G2 reviewers. QRCG delivers solid value for frequent, multi-code business users but represents poor value for occasional or one-time users.

"Easy, Cost-Effective QR Tracking with Time Saving Dynamic Codes"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCG?

Ease of use, tracking capabilities and cost. QR codes are generated quickly, stored in folders organized by target market to easily find, and stats are provided to show which codes are most popular. The dynamic QR codes also save us time and risk, allowing us to adjust the destination link when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCG?

QRCG does exactly what we need it do at a fair price. If we could access it via SSO, that would be a welcome benefit to assist with user management best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QRCG?

Ease of setup in the first instance was good, but leaving - that's a different matter! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCG?

Cancelled my account/subscription, then found they took the money anyway. Tried to reach out to their 'support' but got "We don't have humans, email or phone, please use our AI bot". Can't track back the payment from the bank either. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
