Qoryvex Omni Channel Contact Center Reviews & Product Details

Qoryvex is an AI-powered omnichannel contact center platform built by contact center veterans with more than two decades in the industry. It replaces the patchwork of phone systems, chat tools, bolt-on bots and spreadsheets with one platform where every conversation is connected. Voice, email, web chat and 14 messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, land in one queue, and skills-based routing sends every contact to the right person first time. Agents work from one screen with next-best-action guidance, and supervisors run the floor with real-time wallboards, quality management and workforce management. Qoryvex goes beyond handling contacts to preventing them. Proactive engagement reaches customers before a problem becomes a call, and results are measured against a holdout group, so you can prove what actually works. AI agents run on the AI provider of your choice with no markup on usage, tested on your own conversations and kept within budgets and guardrails. Compliance is built in, with consent, quiet hours, Do Not Call, TCPA, Ofcom, DLT and DPDP checks applied before every message and call. Deploy on the cloud you already use or on your own servers, and move from your current platform with one workbook, a reviewed plan and exact rollback.
