Qonversion has been super helpful since before I even started using the product and they responded to all my emails with clear explanations. After signing up it has been a smooth experience without any roadblocks and I was able to quickly implement in-app products of mine in Google Play Store and App Store Thanks to Qonversion, I was able to move my first app over to subscriptions with a minimum of fuss and can see at a glance on the dashboard exactly how the app is performing in realtime (very nice when delivering new features and trying to move the needle). So as a result, Qonversion took the hassle of implementing my own-server receipt validation mechanism which would maybe take months to perfect it in terms of the edge cases. Implementing a robust and safe way to handle in-app purchases and recurring subscriptions of a mobile app on either platform (Play Store & App Store) is a tremendous amount of work. I have been trying to keep away from doing that knowing it would take much longer than actually building an app would take your time. So Qonversion comes to the rescue and I can rely on a product that has been being used by maybe thousands of developers like me. Qonversion is just an excellent server that perfectly complements our in-app subscription analytics system. Thanks to Qonversion we managed to improve our financial metrics quite quickly, which can't help but make us happy. Moreover, there are some very useful integrations, which we use to optimize the marketing of our apps, such as Facebook and AppsFlyer. It's very easy to use so all our team members could handle it on their own and started working right away. And yes, their assistance is just on top! I do like the visual representation of all information that I need. I prefer their view of charts and reports compare to App Store Connect. In my opinion, they give a better understanding of what's going on in your app at a glance. It shows information earlier than App Store Connect which is also a big benefit to me as sometimes I need to see results asap.
