Overall, it saves time, reduces mistakes the release process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qase?

What I really like about Qase is how it keeps testing simple and stress-free. Everything from creating test cases to tracking progress feels smooth and organized. I also love that it connects easily with CI/CD and issues trackers, so nothing gets lost. It's a hug time-saver when reproducing bugs and makes it easy to keep the team on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

One thing I would love to see imoroved in Qase is more advanced reporting options, just to make insights even richer. The mobile experience could be a bit smoother, but it still gets the job done when checking tests on the go. Overall, these are minor tweaks, Qase already makes test management so much easier and more organised that small improvements would only make it even better. "Strong Test Management Core, but Aiden Makes Step Editing Unpredictable"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Qase?

Qase has a strong and well-thought-out core for test management. Test case structure is flexible and clear, making it easy to work with both manual and automated tests. Integrations with automation tools and CI pipelines are practical and save time in real QA workflows. Overall, the platform feels reliable for day-to-day test management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The main downside is the current behavior of the AI assistant (Aiden). Deleting a step always removes the pause automatically, and the AI often regenerates previously deleted steps, ignoring manual changes. There is no way to lock steps, preserve deletions, or manage steps in bulk, which makes iterative refinement unpredictable and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qase helps centralize test cases and testing workflows in one place. It makes test case organization clearer, improves visibility across testing activities, and simplifies collaboration between QA and development. Integrations with automation tools and CI pipelines also help keep manual and automated testing aligned and reduce maintenance overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized testing, no headaches"

5/5

What do you like best about Qase?

What I like most about Qase is how easy it feels to work with. I can quickly review or update test cases without overthinking anything, and the test runs make it straightforward to see what’s working and what still needs attention, especially during a release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

So far, I haven't really run into anything that stands out as a drawback. It's been pretty smooth to use in my day-to-day work, and it does what I expect without causing friction. Nothing that has slowed me down or made me look for alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qase mainly solves the problem of keeping test cases and testing efforts organized in one place. Before using it, it was a bit messy to track what was tested, what failed and what needs attention, especially during releases.

It's been helpful for me because I can quickly see the testing status without going through multiple tools or conversations. It also makes collaboration with QA smoother since everything is clearly structured and easy to acccess, which saves time and avoids confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Test Management with Excellent Playwright Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Qase?

I use Qase as a test management tool for our software projects and love how it keeps all our tests in one place in an orderly manner. It allows us to integrate manual tests with automated tests seamlessly, and the UI is nice, making it easy to keep track of things. The reporting system is very cool and precisely what we need. Custom fields and parameterization also help to keep things tidy and organized. The integration with Playwright is well done, and it was the main reason we chose Qase. Overall, the initial setup of Qase was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

It would be cool if there was an option to exclude specific parameter combinations from sets of parameters. Another thing, it would be cool to restrict custom fields to a test suite, instead of just projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qase keeps all our tests organized in one place and integrates manual and automated tests. It simplifies tracking with a nice UI, offers a cool reporting system, and features like custom fields and parameterization help keep things tidy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Test Management, Needs UI Tuning"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Qase?

I like that Qase is a good test case management system, making it easy for me to see my results pretty easily every day. It's intuitive to go through, which is a big plus. I also appreciate the run history within the test cases, which helps me immediately see how stable the test case is, whether it's flaky, and the environments it might be failing in. This feature allows me to do my analysis every morning faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Some of the UI could be improved. For example, the percentages show the percentage of test cases run rather than pass percentage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
