It is helps to test much faster. We can start 2 or more robots in 1 Server by just changing Windows account. Also Agent is excelent done, if we need test new version of robot we can just choose robot's folder from agent interface. And easy start stop abilities (start/stop buttons). Studio keep's developer large of time on Desktop and Browser selector extractions. Tesseract is included to the Studio we could use good OCR engine for recognizing digits and other image based information on web interacting. The most powerful thing of this platform is that we can use our self libraries or ML models. We wrote own ML model for classification of payments. Recognyzing scanned documents. **What do you dislike about Python RPA?** Working with Desktop GUI selector is a little slow. I think it is because of heavy application 1C. **What problems is Python RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** In 8 months we have made a platform transition, and PythonRPA could solve all old problems written on UiPath. 1 invoice reconciliation. We have 1C platform and ESF government platform. Robot makes reconciliation on two systems. There are a huge number of documents that should be reconciliation. And it keeps for the employees many routine time 2 Notifications from the court office. Our corporation has 300+ companies. Each company has profile on court office. Experts from law department need check if there are new notification on profile. For that we wrote robot that logs in to the web page and checks if there are new notifications from court office/ 3 Updating RSA keys from government portal EGOV. We have keys for 300 company for woking on governments portals we need keep keys active. They need update keys 1 time per year. There borns routine work for law department expert to update keys and keep all keys active. For solve this problem we have made rpa robot for auto update keys. Robot checks every day is there keys with experation date less than 30 days, if so robot updates. 4 Online banking. We have integrated payment operations by Python API with 4 KZ banks.Bereke bank, Jusan bank, BCC, Halyk bank 5 Auto Siging contracts 6 Notification for canceled invoices. It helps to recount amount of taxes. It is the most useful RPA robot we made. This robot helps to save company more than 100 mln tenge per year 7 Check contragents for arrest or some other enforcement proceedings 8 automate count each project amount forutility bills by recognizing scanned invoices. 9 Auto transfer money to deposit. a large company has large money. Since our employees did not know anything about RPA and how we could use it, Python RPA's team offered to analyze our processes. From the beginning they showed their expertise and dedication to their work. The team was very helpful, providing a thorough analysis of our needs and showing what tasks could be automated and it's benefits to our company. They also conducted a pilot project free of charge to demonstrate it. This level of commitment and customer service was one of the reasons why we chose Python RPA to start deploying robots in our processes. They completed the project on time and within budget. And this year we are planning to add more robots to automate two more processes. **What do you dislike about Python RPA?** We haven't faced any issues yet while working with Python RPA's team but it should be noted that we have been working with them for slightly more than a year. **What problems is Python RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have deployed two robots for our accountants team. And if you find something that does not work right now you can find a workaround. The drag and drop automation chains are great and the onboarding is very smooth and seamless! I really can recommend this automation software to everyone who wants a bot army to do repetive stuff - and yes, even the hard things can be done! **What do you dislike about Python RPA?** I would love it could mimic human behavious in order to pass certain restrictions of websites like chat.openai.com for example. It should even find a solution for captcha solving. Anyhow these are just little things... another major move would be to implement n8n into it.
