What problems is Python RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 8 months we have made a platform transition, and PythonRPA could solve all old problems written on UiPath.
1 invoice reconciliation. We have 1C platform and ESF government platform. Robot makes reconciliation on two systems. There are a huge number of documents that should be reconciliation. And it keeps for the employees many routine time
2 Notifications from the court office. Our corporation has 300+ companies. Each company has profile on court office. Experts from law department need check if there are new notification on profile. For that we wrote robot that logs in to the web page and checks if there are new notifications from court office/
3 Updating RSA keys from government portal EGOV. We have keys for 300 company for woking on governments portals we need keep keys active. They need update keys 1 time per year. There borns routine work for law department expert to update keys and keep all keys active. For solve this problem we have made rpa robot for auto update keys. Robot checks every day is there keys with experation date less than 30 days, if so robot updates.
4 Online banking. We have integrated payment operations by Python API with 4 KZ banks.Bereke bank, Jusan bank, BCC, Halyk bank
5 Auto Siging contracts
6 Notification for canceled invoices. It helps to recount amount of taxes. It is the most useful RPA robot we made. This robot helps to save company more than 100 mln tenge per year
7 Check contragents for arrest or some other enforcement proceedings
8 automate count each project amount forutility bills by recognizing scanned invoices.
9 Auto transfer money to deposit. a large company has large money. The money which is not for use till 18 00 robot transfers money to the deposit for the night. This will increase rewards from deposits of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
