What I like most about Python is its clean, readable syntax and overall versatility. It makes it easy to build everything from APIs (with Django or Flask) to data and AI solutions, and to do it quickly thanks to strong library support.

One downside of Python is its performance: it’s slower than languages like C++ or Java for CPU-intensive tasks. It also uses dynamic typing, which can lead to runtime errors if you’re not careful, and dependency management across different projects can sometimes get messy.

**What do you like best about Python?**

I like it because it’s easy to learn and very readable, which makes coding feel natural. It also has a huge number of libraries that save me time, whether I’m working with data, automation, or simple programs. Overall, it helps me get things done faster without adding unnecessary complexity.
Its a high level language and human readable , inbuilt function are great .

I dislike that Python can be slower than some other languages, like C++. C++ uses the STL, which can make it fast, but Python doesn’t always feel that way—especially for performance-heavy tasks. It also tends to use more memory, and in larger projects, managing dependencies can sometimes get messy.

Before I started using Python, I often struggled to write long, complex code just to complete simple tasks. Now I can solve the same problems much faster with far fewer lines, which saves me time and helps reduce mistakes. There is nothing to be dislike about Python as it is versatile and very easy to use language. Just need an ID to run script and make some automation. There is nothing which I hate, but I did sometimes bit slow.

It can be slow for some tasks: for example for very heavy workloads, it will perform slowly when compared to other languages.

Python can be slow and unoptimized for low-level device control, especially in programs that require high speed and fast computation in industries such as networking and blockchain development.

Python helps me flattern the learning curve when it comes to developing programs where I don't have to worry too much about complex syntax and developing customized software tooling/features where that is required in some programming languages. It solves the problem of lack of library support by having a wide range of supported libraries which programmers build and open source for anyone to use.

**What do you like best about Python?**

The immense number of libraries available for data analysis and Machine Learning, such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. The syntax is very clean and readable, almost like reading English, which allows for prototyping complex solutions in a very short time compared to C++ or Java.

**What do you dislike about Python?**

The execution speed. Being an interpreted language, it is notably slower than compiled languages like C or Rust in pure calculation tasks if not optimized. Also, managing virtual environments and dependencies (pip vs conda) can sometimes become a headache.

**What problems is Python solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of data processes and creation of predictive models. It allows us to clean large volumes of data and generate quick visualizations. The main benefit is the reduction of "Time-to-market": we go from idea to functional code in hours.

Just starting out, I found Python approachable and surprisingly powerful. I was able to automate tasks, process data, and solve real problems with very little coding experience. The language feels clean and logical, and there’s a huge community sharing helpful resources and examples. What I like best about Python is its ease of use and simplicity compared to other applications—the syntax feels very natural and readable, which makes coding smooth even for beginners.  I have started my journey with Python until I have now earned the title of expert. Implementation is straightforward, and projects can be set up quickly without unnecessary complications.

Python also shines in its vast number of features and libraries, covering everything from web development to data science, machine learning, and automation. This makes it incredibly versatile.

In terms of integration, Python works well with other languages, tools, and platforms, making it easy to fit into different environments. The community support is another strong point—there’s always documentation, tutorials, or forums available to find help. this was very helpful throughout my career in this field.

This is why Python is so special to me and a language I use frequently and confidently..

Python is one of the most powerful languages I have ever used in my life. However, sometimes I find it slower compared to other languages, and I feel it carries some limitations when used in mobile and low-level devices. Sometimes customer service are stuck and needed to find out alternative ways for good responses.

**What problems is Python solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Python is solving a wide range of problems for me, from automating repetitive tasks to building complex applications. One of the main ways it helps is by integrating with Excel, which makes handling and analyzing large amounts of data much faster and more efficient compared to doing everything manually.

Its extensive libraries and frameworks also make it easy to work in areas like data analysis, machine learning, web development, and artificial intelligence without starting from scratch.

This has benefited me by saving a lot of time and effort, allowing me to focus more on solving real-world problems rather than dealing with technical barriers. Python’s simplicity and integration also help me quickly prototype ideas and bring them into production, which has been a big advantage in my career growth.

**What do you like best about Python?**

Python is very easy to learn compared to other programming languages. We just needed to import one package and it will be having all the functions in it to use. No complex programming and way simpler. Vey easy to create application like django and easy to integrate the same.

As far as there is no dislike as such. But I heard it wont be able to with stand complex programming, but I have not experienced anything as such because I'm not a developer but into data role.

I have been ussing python to solve data related problems. I will be using different algorithms like regression models in my firm to do analysis to predict attrition for my clients. I have done hypothesis tetsing, EDA and bulit various models using python. Recently I have developed on app using python and host it using streamlit for our inhouse operations. It is benefitting me in multiple ways like solving the data problems, creating simple useful applications, do visualize the data patterns etc.,

I like Python because it's user-friendly and its libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, PyTorch, and Keras really enhance its capabilities. It helps me with multiple access and cleaning of data, performing mathematical analysis, drawing diagrams, conducting research, and running regressions. The initial setup of Python was easy too.

I think Python could be better connected with deep learning and backpropagation along with machine learning. Also, I would like to see improvements in human involvement interaction and how data is fed into the system, so models can be generated to enhance the feasibility of the data.

**What do you like best about Python?**

What i like best about python is how easy it is to learn and use, even for someone without a strong programming background. The syntax feels natural and doesn't get in the way of solving problems. it has a huge collection of libraries for almost anything whether its data analysis, machine learning, web development or automation. Plus the community is super helpful so whenever i get stuck there is always a solution online. it just makes building things faster and more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Python?**

One thing i dislike about Python is its slower speed compared to some other languages like C++ or Java. It is not always the best choice for performance heavy tasks. Also, sometimes debugging issues related to indentation or dynamic typing can be bit tricky, especially in large project. And when working with different Python version or package dependencies , managing environment can get frustrating without tools like venv or conda.

Python is helping me solve real-world problem like cleaning messy datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and building simple dashboards or API's to share insights, it is also great for quick prototyping, so i can test ideas fast without much setup, for example , i used python to automate data extraction  and transformation tasks, which saved hours of manual work. Python is easy to learn and easy to read. I use it daily for data work, automation, and scripting. The best part is its huge library support, you can find a package for almost anything, from data analysis to machine learning.

It also works well across different areas: data engineering, web apps, AI, and even small automation scripts. That flexibility is what makes it my go-to language.

In our office case, we have linked Python and Smartsheet to perform various tasks. Our team has written the codes in Python to interact with Smartsheet and G-Drive. There are multiple use cases where we use Python in background as well in the form of an user interface for ease of use. It is easy to follow and understand the Python codes that I find it easy and comfortable to make minor changes within the codes to adapt to the new process changes or additions. We use this integrated approach of Python and Smartsheet quite extensively and frequently. Multiple features of Python are being used to perform various tasks like:
1) Clicking photographs - In an UI based python code we enter a date of receipt, upon which the Python code refers a particular Smartsheet, pull the data and number of rows, creates respective folders and starts saving the images in the respective folders while renaming them as per our requirement as we keep clicking the photos is the assets through a camera. This is an integration of Python, Smartsheet and a physical external Camera
2) Batching - In this UI based Python code, we enter a batch number, upon which it reads the data from the respective Smartsheet, creates multiple folders and downloads assets from G-drive and save it in the respective newly made folders. This is an integration of Python, Smartsheet and G-drive
3) Asset update -  In this  UI based Python script, the assets are compared with Smartsheet data and the processed assets saved in batches in Git folder, upon which new .xml and .json files are written and Smartsheets are updated accordingly. This is an integration of Python, Smartsheet and Git
4) Validation - In this Python script, the processed batches are validated for existence and accuracy of the processed assets within the batch folders. This is an integration of Python, Smartsheet, .xml and .json files

Python is a very easy to use programming language. It integrates many features: OOP, multithreading and thanks to frameworks it even allows you to develop rest APIs but also mobile applications. It is true that the area in which it is most used is the development of AI scripts because the implementation of it is relatively simple given the number of libraries developed for it. I use it a lot for my work and with the user community around, I rarely have problems that no one else has yet, there is always someone to help.

Python with all its advantages has a drawback that I cannot let pass, the non-existent typing. It started with a good intention but it makes you find yourself in situations that are not very pleasant. Also the fact of not being verbose enough, OOP is applied but not in its entirety, the attributes are private, only implicitly, we can access them if we are stubborn enough.
