## PyCharm Reviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad A. | Digital Specialist Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2022

**What do you like best about PyCharm?**

One of the best and first things about Pycharm is that it provides free use for students and the community. It is a powerful and well-functioning IDE for python programs. Its user interface is great and easy to use. Adding libraries is very easy; most importantly, finding bugs in code is also easy. It also assists while writing code, which significantly helps programmers and saves time.

**What do you dislike about PyCharm?**

Sometimes, running more than 100 lines of code on my new laptop crashes. I have to cut the tab, and then again, I open it so that it runs smoothly. It is too heavy IDE, which sometimes slows down the laptop.

**What problems is PyCharm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using PyCharm made it easy for me to maintain a large project and run on this IDE. Also, I use this because it allows the terminal to see the output in the same IDE without going to the python shell to see the output of the code.
