The release process can be incredibly frustrating and signature templates can only be updated by a few admins. Allowing the template to be customized within the process flow or allowing the ECM to be reassigned permanently if its owner leaves the company would be a huge benefit. Right now, the owner can be changed, but if the ECN is rejected, all reassignments must be redone.
