They just deleted my account with all the money inside WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and said that they couldn't reverse this action))

In most cases, services block activity if they detect a violation of their rules, but they still allow users to withdraw their funds. However, PST went a step further by deleting the account entirely, without providing any option for withdrawal, effectively taking all the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scam: freeze money then ask you to topup to unfreeze your own money"
What do you like best about PST?

Very persuasive scam. They will let you deposit a few times flawlessly then freeze larger deposits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scam #1: They will let you make smaller deposits successful before freezing larger deposits.

Scam #2: After “freezing” your large deposit they will ask you to topup even more money to unfreeze last deposit.

I deposited and issued card successfully a few times for $50-60. So I let my guard down and deposited $200. They frozemy money immediately and customer support asked me to deposit more money to unfreeze my own money.

Customer support useless. They’ll keep beating around the bush and ask you to deposit more to “see if it works”. "Send us more money to unfreeze your money.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Indeed the deposits must be instant and should not request additional top-up to be processed. However, we are required to perform KYT for each crypto deposit which may affect the toping up process and may trigger some additional requirements.
