PSIP Reviews & Product Details

PSIP is a UK public sector contract intelligence platform that helps SME suppliers, bid consultancies and bid agencies find, qualify and win government contracts. It aggregates tender opportunities from all five official UK government procurement portals — Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI — into one searchable database updated daily, then adds AI relevance scoring and deep buyer, supplier and spend intelligence on top. PSIP replaces hours of manual portal checking with automated alerts, AI qualification and the intelligence you need to decide which bids are worth your time. KEY FEATURES: Tender Search: Search 120,000+ UK public sector tenders by keyword, CPV code, buyer, value and region across all five official portals in one search. AI Relevance Scoring: Every tender scored 1–10 against your specific business profile using AI, with a written explanation of the score — so you focus only on the contracts you can genuinely win. Tender Alerts: Saved searches run automatically and deliver matched opportunities to your inbox — daily on Essential, every four hours on Growth, and hourly on Professional. AI Bid Drafting: Generate first drafts of bid responses that are evidence-gated — the AI never invents a certification, case study or figure you haven't provided, marking any gaps as [INSERT] for you to fill. Bid Pipeline Board: A Kanban board to manage every opportunity from first identified through to Won or Lost, with the intelligence for each tender attached to its card. Contract Expiry Tracker: See which public sector contracts are ending in the next 30, 90, 180 or 365 days — before the re-tenders are published. Buyer Intelligence: Full contract history, spend trends and top supplier relationships for any UK public sector buyer, built on 144,000+ contract award records and over 1.4 million spend transactions. Supplier & Competitor Intelligence: Search any UK supplier to see their full government contract win history, with automatic buyer-name normalisation so one organisation isn't split across a dozen spellings. PLANS: Essential from £199/month. Growth (£599/month) includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Professional (£1,199/month) and Bid Agency (custom) plans also available at psip.co.uk/pricing.
