It's a properly no-code platform, packed with features you'd otherwise be stitching together from multiple plugins or services. The front end is modern and responsive out of the box rather than something you have to fight into shape. The standout, though, is the support. We had a feature requirement that wasn't in the product. One email to support asking what they needed to know, and within two days the feature had landed, not just as we'd described it, but extended in a way we hadn't even thought of, with the documentation for it published at the same time. That isn't how a typical software vendor behaves. That's a business partner who wants you to succeed, and it makes the whole thing a win-win. If your looking for full on developer customisation or integration's this platform is not for you, but then thats quite clear on the product website of who this service is for.
