There's a pending enhancement that will automate the naming of the columns/rows on the Influence Chart in the Account Plans. The ease of use within Prolifq has been a big selling point to our Sales team. There are a few features that we have suggested for Relationship Mapping (color coding groups, picklist ability for groups, etc) but these are part of their roadmap which we were excited to hear.
