Hence many non tech people find difficult to use this tool. We have to learn first, to invest healthy amount of time to learn the tool then start working. **What problems is ProjecTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** In document control it is cost controlling , project management consulting and logistics .Best part is clients can see the ongoing progress and not required to connect with other person to get update. ### 2. It allows you to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What do you dislike about ProjecTools?** Customer support is not that good. No proper cookbook on how to use the ProjectTools. **What problems is ProjecTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** It made our job easy in managing multiple projects. Its interface is somewhat complex to a certain extent, but with patience any engineer ends up learning to handle it optimally. You can keep track of the tasks, the people involved and the time required in a very complete and orderly way. **What do you dislike about ProjecTools?** Technical support sometimes takes a long time to answer any problems or concerns. I think that aspect should be improved **Recommendations to others considering ProjecTools:** I recommend it to those engineers in the Oil and Gas area who wish to carry out their projects in a very organized way with a project management tool that is oriented to this sector and not with a very generic software. **What problems is ProjecTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us a lot to follow up on projects related to the maintenance of Coiled Tubing equipment and components that we carry out in the engineering maintenance department.
