It's integration and record maintainance needs to the involvement of tech assistance which is a downside as it increases your dependancy on tech teams who are alreayd heavy on tech debt. **What problems is Productfy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keep KYC, bank and other financial client data in one place. It is easy to store and maintain and easily accessible in one location. It increased ease of access for employees and business performance to facilitate easy tracking. ### 5.
